This 330 m², 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom villa surrounded by 2700 m² of garden grounds.
Newly renovated and expanded, this typical Versilia-style villa was built in the Roma Imperiale neighborhood in the late 1960s.
The renovation updated the villa to meet contemporary aesthetic standards, by converting, for instance, the fragmented living area into an expansive open space.
The wood and marble used for the renovation were sourced in the local Versilia area. Moreover, we greatly enhanced the lighting of the outside portico by opening up its perimeter walls.
As a final touch, we included a solar-powered, zero-consumption, temperature-controlled, counter-current swimming-pool.
